San Daniele Parma Ham

Produced in the areas under the patronage of San Daniele, this ham is unmistakable in its delicate flavour and is the Rolls Royce of Italian cured hams.

San Francesco MEC

MEC is produced by using pork haunches which derive from any part of the European Community and is not cured under the patronage of the Parma Ham Co-operative.

However, similar in shape but lighter in overall weight, MEC has carved itself a prominent position in the market place and, due to its affordability, this cured ham is enjoyed as an everyday delicacy.
