This Biscuit is most famously known worldwide as the basic ingredient for Tiramisu, however, Vicenzi has affirmed their Vicenzovo as the market leader both in Italy and internationally.

Using the original recipe, Vicenzi presents the classic " Savoiardo "  as the first to receive certification of authenticity. This original Sponge Finger uses simple ingredients and 26% class A Pasteurised eggs per 200g pack.

The Vicenzovo is totally free of added fats,artificial flavourings, colours and preservatives with it's integrity maintained by individually sealed 100g units.

The classic Macaroon, dry with the characteristic bitter sweet flavour without the use of artificial flavourings,colorants and preserving agents. Based on the original Italian recipe and with 20% apricot kernels, egg white and sugar, the authenticity of this classic Italian biscuit is protected by law.

The Macaroon is the ideal accomplinament to a cup of Coffee or can be enjoyed simply as a snack. Crushed they for a perfect base for a speciality cheesecake.
