Using the original recipe, Vicenzi presents the classic " Savoiardo " as the first to receive certification of authenticity. This original Sponge Finger uses simple ingredients and 26% class A Pasteurised eggs per 200g pack. The Vicenzovo is totally free of added fats,artificial flavourings, colours and preservatives with it's integrity maintained by individually sealed 100g units.
